I also surmise that selling a house is uniquely challenging for many realtors and requires a significant amount more work than buying. At first I called Michelle several times a day with questions regarding buying our home in Arizona. She was honest, patient, and researched her answers carefully. She stood by her work and if something goes wrong she fixes it without passing on the cost or headache to her clients.
She also educated us on the real estate market and helped us with realistic goal setting, which is important because if she had just regurgitated transaction requests to the other side, we would have met failure.
Michelle is a trustworthy, hardworking, goal-oriented, and conscientious professional. We worked with her to buy and sell in North Scottsdale which cost over half a million dollars. Michelle earned our trust and respect by being prompt at returning calls, marketing our property aggressively, remaining open to feedback, being extremely accessible, explaining and mentoring the real estate process. Michelle has extremely honed negotiation skills and is an expert in the Arizona market. When it came to selling our Arizona property, Michelle rescued us after we got involved with a lazy and incompetent realtor. She didn’t have to take the listing; at the time the property had been on the market almost 6 months with another realtor and had few updates. Michelle launched herself into the project, arranged a marketing plan, found subcontractors to perform repairs, and worked tirelessly. We received weekly updates and she checked on our property personally. Her strategy was creative, energetic, and innovative.
Michelle asked other brokers and realtors for advice during this period and found winning strategies. We succeeded and sold our home for thousands of dollars more than we anticipated. Because of the law enforcement background my family has, we don’t usually write online reviews. We try to keep our online footprint small. However in Michelle’s case we would be doing our military and law enforcement brethren a disservice if we didn’t write about how Michelle earned our trust and admiration. She’s active (if you are former NYPD you will know what that means) and a worker. We trust her, and you will too if you hire her as you should.
In our lifetime we have worked with dozens of realtors and Michelle is the only one we trust and call a friend.
