The Dream Relationship Workshop

As a REALTOR I find it is constantly a balancing act. When I first went into real estate it was more “normal”. I know you REALTORS out there know what I mean. When the market started to get a little crazy, so did I! I was like a hunter on the prowl. I was getting up at the crack of dawn and driving neighborhoods looking for a post being installed so I could get one of the scarce homes being listed before it went on the powerful MLS. I was working from five or six in the morning to 10 or 11 at night. There were nights where I was faxing at 11:58 so we could get the purchase offer over before midnight and get the deal wrapped up before another REALTOR came in and swooped it up.

I was presenting hundreds of offers…many times there were 25 or 30 offers on a property. I was gaining weight from all the fast food I was eating and my kids forgot I lived at home. My husband and I watched our marriage dwindle and nearly die out. We had new stuff. A pool, new leather furniture, new hard wood floors. The house remodel we had been putting off for years was finally getting done. What did I care? I wasn’t even home!

I had a couple of kids acting out. A couple of kids checking out. Our family was falling apart.

Something had to change. In 2007 a friend invited us to attend a seminar. Yeah. A seminar. I had been through Brian Buffini and Brian Tracy, Zig Zigler, Jim Rohn. I love seminars. She had been after me for a year. In 2007, things were slowing down. I figured what the heck? If I learned one thing that made my business better, it was worth it, right?

My husband went with me. It was the best decision we have ever made. The seminar was amazing. We began a quest to get our life back. To balance. Much like any balancing act, it went this way and it went that way. It wasn’t perfect. Then an amazing thing started to happen. It was working. There would be no divorce. The kids stopped acting out. We began coaching. We discussed common goals and personal goals. We decided to put together something that would help others do what we did. I don’t think people get married thinking, wow, someday I hope we start to dislike each other enough to divorce. Yeah…no.

I have been writing parenting articles for years. I have been called the Dr. Phil McGraw of parenting and coaching. I have my own coaching site for personal growth and I do communication coaching and confidence building. I have articles that have been published. I have written articles for the Arizona Republic and yes, they actually paid me for them.

So the Dream Relationship Workshop was born. It is experiential. Meaning…you will have fun and you will have a knowing when you leave. It isn’t a bunch of notes and junk stuffed into your head. You won’t be bored. You will create a dream date. You will have a cozy hotel room in the brand new Hyatt Place in Gilbert, Arizona. You will leave with tools that will take your relationship to the next level. You can be on the verge of divorce or already in wedded bliss. It doesn’t matter, there will be tools there for you to create more. You don’t even have to be married. You don’t have to have a special religion or belief system. This works!

So get enrolled. There is a HUGE discount on the July workshop if you enroll online. You can get in for only $299.00 per couple. The regular price is $999.00. You have meals, workshop, workbook and materials and two nights at the Hyatt included. It doesn’t get any better than that! Oh yes! You also get $50 toward your dream date on Saturday.

Go to www.dreamrelationshipworkshop.com to enroll today. Realtors have hectic schedules. That won’t change. Just don’t lose your marriage and your family over it. Learn to do something different.

Beautiful Home in Mesa with Negative Edge Pool: 9722 E. Lobo, Mesa, AZ 85209

We have a listing in Mesa, Arizona that is awesome! The home is in the Augusta Ranch Golf Community. It has a great room, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You would be WOWed by the negative edge pool in the backyard. As a realtor, we don’t see that many negative edge swimming pools in this part of town…maybe Scottsdale or Fountain Hills, but not many in Mesa. The backyard is an oasis, with palm trees, the pebble-tec pool, covered patio and lots of decking around the pool.

9722 E. Lobo Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85209

MLS #4270445

Bring a cold drink and someone to fan you and feed you grapes, and you have it all! It is move-in ready, clean, has a north/south exposure, beautiful landscaping and has upgraded carpet and tile. The master suite is oversized and has a separate exit to the backyard. The three car garage has epoxy coating and is clean enough to eat off the floor.

This beauty is 2412 square feet, built in 2001 on a large lot (9600 square feet lot), single level in the Gilbert School District. It is listed at $260,000. It is a short sale that had bank approval, but the buyer withdrew their offer.
